Client Survey 2022
An anonymised survey of all clients was initiated in Q 4 2022, this survey has been completed annually for the last 7 years. Its purpose to gauge the loyalty of our clients, as we believe our client’s are the best gauge of the quality of our service provision.
Alayacare reported in September 2019 that top-tier performers are those who climb above +72.
A Ghrá scored 78.2 in 2022!
