“Every day is a school day”

A Number of A Ghrá Staff underwent 3 days of training based on the Roper Logan & Tierney Nursing Model of Assessment used to construct personalised care plans to support our clients to live independently in their homes. The picture shows John Conroy (course Tutor) and some of our staff undertaking the socially distanced training in our excellent training venue at A Ghrá head office in ‘The Mall’ in Tuam. Continuous professional development is a cornerstone of ensuring the delivery of high quality services, as by ensuring our staff remain highly motivated and trained we continue to deliver optimal services to our clients.
